Dinah’s Experience Using Drunk Elephant C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream

When I first applied this eye cream to my under eyes, I was like, ooooo this is a thick formula. Drunk Elephant calls it “rich” and they are right, it is a dense eye cream, the thickest eye cream I’ve ever used. But did you read that ingredient list up there? It is PACKED.

After two weeks of consistent use, I was really loving it. I regularly use eye creams that help brighten my under eyes so I wasn’t trying to rid myself of any dark circles. Saying that, reviewers all say it helps with that darkness and I personally did not see any increase in discoloration from stopping my old cream and starting this new one. The skin around my eyes also felt so soft and felt like it had firmed up a bit just from two weeks of use. Pretty dope results!

Did I notice any cons from using it? Unfortunately, yes. I have really puffy eyes every single morning and I use this caffeine eye cream from 100% Pure to instantly de-puff. When I stopped using that in the AM to use the Drunk Elephant C-Tango, I noticed it wasn’t really helping me with those bags. ://

Is it worth the price?

Here, let me ask a couple questions to properly answer this question.

Do you deal with puffy eyes? If no, then yes, 100% go buy this and put it on your face right now. If yes, then let’s consider it for a PM eye cream before totally counting it out. The anti-aging, dark circle fighting and firming ingredients are absolutely worth trying this cream out. You’ll still see results pretty quickly from just using it at night.

What’s your budget? I lean towards using lower cost items for my wash and tone steps and price up for my serum and eye cream steps. If you haven’t started aging, the eye area is the first place you’ll notice it if you aren’t proactive about it. If you have, YOU ALREADY KNOW! If you can upgrade to this product, I really recommend it! You won’t believe the difference it will make for you when you use it consistently, even just for two weeks or so.

Did Dinah add this eye cream to her skincare routines?

Yes and no! I don’t love it for it my AM skincare routine. My skin is normal to oily and it’s pretty thick for me to have on my face all day, and like I said earlier, I need extra help with these bags! I REALLY love it in my PM skincare routine. I switch it up with an eye cream that contains retinol to help with the sensitivity retinol causes to skin. The skin around my eyes feels like it’s totes ballin’!!
